Title: I don't think this is how OSHA recommends it

Saw this sometime back and had to take a pic. This is a four story building and I have to say that guy has a lot more of something than I do - no way would I do that at that height.

But it must have been safer than it looks - he has a helper holding his safety harness. 

I got the impression he wasn't real happy I took these pix.
