Title: Anyone here gone to red dots?
Post by: AbiggerGarage on Apr 17, 2025, 11:24 AM
I still have to get mine zero'd, but I tried and with it in a holster, I was either catching my chemo pump, or my ostomy bag.

Wondering your thoughts, experiences?

I tried one, nope, don't like it.

Tried them a few years ago, but wasn't impressed. I'm back to basics on every firearm I own. My daily carry for the last decade is a SIG P250 DAO compact in 9mm with tritium sights. It's all I shoot and it works very well for this old man.

To much bulk for a concealed gun in my opinion. I feel that I get my sight picture sooner with my Tridium sights in day light and low light. Some of my buddies swear by them though.

Tried the one on my father's 10/22 could get it zeroed right. Don't know if it was me or the sight.
