Likely be a very popular thread for sure!
I'm in --
Here's a picture of a box ( kit really, but technically a box ) of mine that I happen to have on hand.
When I can I'll get a picture of the stationary boxes.

My two miss matched stack ups of craftsman boxes(all bought on sale as I found myself needing more space). One friction slide and the newer one with ball bearing slides and latches.

The cantilever box my dad got me for Christmas one year(probably 35yrs back or more), I think he always wanted one but never bought one for himself.

The open top unit I bring along on mobile repair type activities.
Will get some pics and post them soon
Here's my USG 5 drawer cart with the sadly not matching 6 drawer end box I mounted to the side.

The other 3 drawers in the orange cart are mostly miscellaneous stuff, then in the black attachment I've got drill bits in the top my 1/4 ratchet drawer, other wrenches, then batteries and tools.

The efficiency of a cantilever box is amazing, with a hip roof box twice this size I couldn't even fit all these tools in because that tray sits down at takes up so much real estate.
my main stack in the shop.
The house boxes including the 57 snappy set . got a few P@C boxes up stairs and my original flamed snap off starter box too lazy to snap more pix lol.
Hey Jab nice boxes!
Man that is an impressive arsenal of boxes Jab! I certainly cannot equal that! I would really like to post my boxes to this thread though nowhere near as impressive as what others have for sure, it works for me though.
My setup at home. I take the orange cart out to the driveway to do work on the vehicles. The red box has a basic socket set screw drivers and pliers and less often used tools.

Quote from: jabberwoki on Jan 04, 2026, 09:47 AMNicely organized M.
Yeah, I try but I'm not as organized as muddy
Here are my three main working setups
(https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/54540455628_8176e72dbe_b.jpg) (https://flic.kr/p/2r6y6if)
the Kennedy stack is the main place to keep things like pullers, screwdrivers, meters, etc. I made one modification to it, I changed two of the small thin drawers to a deeper one, on the left side. This makes it perfect for me, as I can keep a 1/4" socket set handy.
(https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/55023515954_f64ae27c12_b.jpg) (https://flic.kr/p/2rQeUiy)
the top is an old Gerstner I found in an antique shop, while the roller is a Gerstner International I picked up of eBay when visiting my fathers widow. This holds most of my machinist tools.
(https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/55023585040_466b2e0d9b_b.jpg) (https://flic.kr/p/2rQffQG)
This is the setup I had on the back of the table I had my South Bend on. The Gerstner is one I restored (and put up a thread on it here on an older version of the site), while it sits on a cash-drawer safe. Mostly stuff I need for the lathe, but some longer tools than the other machinist set up.
All of this stuff I picked up cheap at garage sale and flea markets. Amazing what you can find.
Over the past 60 years I've been acquiring tool boxes of different brands and sizes. My latest acquisitions are two mechanics boxes from RollCabs.com. Who also market under the name Extreme Tools. Their quality matches SnapOn. One is a 72" by 25" deep top & bottom combo unit pictured below. Plus a peek inside...

It comes from working on just about anything and from years before I was born to new stuff.
That and being a member here doesn't help the tool buying :))
Tools are the best investment of one's trade... And you have a comprehensive assortment to get the job done...
A few years back three SnapOn tool boxes came with one of my major acquisitions. To recoup some of my investment. Plus I couldn't justify having all three. I kept one and sold off the other two... I'm not familiar with the SnapOn line. But I'm sure some member could easily rattle them off...
I kept this roller combo set for one of my garages.

The next two quickly found new homes that made two fellas very happy...

I'll give it a shot.
KR 655, KR 650, KR 292
KR 657, KR 637
I'm going to guess KRL 761 for the last one.
After looking at the rear panels of the Snapon roller cabinet combo in my garage. They are KR-660 B and Top Box is KR-650 A .. That indicate they are were 1988 models.. The other three I don't have or remember their models.. You nailed the two. And I say you're on target with the rest..
I still have this tired old SnapOn roller cabinet that must date back to the 1940's or early 1950's.. I found several pictures on the internet. One say's it's a model 50 S,, and another K23..
It's 18" deep by 34" wide and 32" tall w/o wheels. Nine drawers with an roll top desk front cover. Once again this came with the purchase of a 120 year old car.

And mine that I picked up in 2014. Got the top box a couple of years earlier. Light still works fine.

That's a wonderful piece of SnapOn history that you own... And thanks for posting the catalog page featuring the Rolla-Bench. Answers many of my questions. It's a fascinating option to add the three drawer section to take up the large open space. I prefer drawers over open areas myself. The worn red paint only on the bottom three drawers indicated they were originally white. As the catalog lists the cabinet was offered in white. Maybe for medial use..
The Masonite top on mine is in good shape for it's age. And I don't see marks of a cabinet set on top. I have to wonder why the four holes that align to to steel top. And it does have the two prong duplex outlet. Though No light...
I purchased this cabinet thinking that I'd either restore it or sell it to a SnapOn buff. Seeing that I have so many projects with a limited amount of time. Maybe I should sell it to someone that would bring it back to life.

OCG... You need to send me that sweet ol roller door snappy or at least will it to me!!!!
LOL.
An olt timer worthy of restoration for sure!
Droolworthy for any tool hound worth his salt!
Diamond in the rough right there!
Those would have been tough to choose between!
The SapOn 300-B Rolla-Bench is in sound condition. All the slides are sticky and one drawer slide is broken. The drawer fronts are bent. But it's all there.. And I have too many projects to complete. Any guess what it would sell for.
From a quick search, two present-day ebay listings..

A smaller model at an even higher price.
