I also have been wanting an extra long set of ball hex drivers. Craftsman and other vendors don't have the extra long sizes, so I found these Gearwrench alternatives. My impression is that this is a quality socket set. Better finish than the mid-length C-Man and SK offerings, and definitely more sturdy at the socket end. Very nice -- I'm sold on these in both Metric and SAE sizes.
Also, for all you guys that are sitting on the fence on these small form factor 3/8" drive ratchets -- they are truely amazing.

At one point before Craftsman they did offer these in SAE & Metric. No clue who actually ma manufactured them for Sears, but I bought one of each kind of set.
My go to ratchet is a Cornwell 3/8" in a 1/4" body. Although I have Proto and Armstrong versions waiting in the wings, this one never seems to tire.
