I would be remiss in my duties if I didn't post pics of some Bonney tools. You guys have seen them before on the old site, but here are some for the new home.

My double flare end's, shorty SAE DBE's, long full polish SAE DBE's, and satin finish SAE combos.

My partial 1/2" drive collection. SAE and metric, with triple set of 20" extensions in a restored old Bonney box.

My utica long aerospace DBE's, some angle wrenches, and a lone 1" combo that I just stumbled upon for $3.

Man that is some fine looking artillery there! You go very well armed!

It is one of my favorite brands.

The only complete set of Bonney  tools I have is the long combination line wrenches. I was about 20YO the first time I saw a set of those and was not able piece a full set together until a couple of years back.
Better hold onto something boys cause i'm fixin ta stand on it!

I found out some years ago that certain Utica/Bonney torque wrenches had gear assemblies that would interchange with their standard ratchets. One peculiar trade was a gear assembly form a TW would slip right into the next smaller sized ratchet body. 3/8" gear fits the 1/4" rat, 1/2" gear fits the 3/8" body. For those who need larger anvil sizes in a smaller handle, this info could be helpful.

Here's some of my modded Bonney ratchets - mixed gear/handles, stubby, and palm ratchet versions.

Bonney made (or had made for them) alot of specialty tools besides wrenches and sockets. Here are some of those tools found over many years.

Plus the elusive 13/16" angle wrench that took forever to find.

I have a pair of Bonney boxes. The better of the two restorations is shown. Unfortunately the Bonney logo label didn't make it through.

Hey, B-man! I found this the other weekend

It is a mid-fifties Bonney CC10. Couldn't pass it up for $20.

bonneyman

Oh man, what a find!  And for so little cash.  ;D

Have you guys seen the prices of Bonney tools on ebay lately? Absolutely nuts!

What I paid for my last acquisition was like $20. And the 13/16" angle wrench was rare as hens teeth- and this one was like NOS. I don't see how sellers can ask so much?

Uncle Buck

Yup, Bonney gear can be very costly these days, that's for sure!
