I bought this toy tractor at the auction of my wife's grandmother's items. This toy tractor was my father in laws first.

So I tore it apart and restored it for him.

Very nice! What solution did you use to get the old paint off?

I gave the tractor to my FIL this weekend.

He thought it was just another 560 until my wife told him it was his.

He was speechless and grateful and even teared up a bit.

Muddy,
Very Nice, paint. How about the decals and other missing parts? What was the source for those?

Great job.  I have an Eska 560 that I got for my 3rd birthday.  I'll send it to you for similar treatment.  I'm willing to pay up to $50.00 for your labor.

It's on the third set of rear tires.  Ready for first replacement of fronts.
