So i have 3 batteries that i rotate on the trickle charger , i was wondering if you could link them all together and charge them all together?

My scissors lift has six batteries hooked in series and runs on 36 Volts. When not in use, I use a Granite 36 Volt "Battery Saver" that's a changer/maintainer and does the job. These batteries are over 15 years old and still ticking. Always keep the batteries topped off always with distilled water..

I would suggest that you simply pick up two more maintainers. I have over 50 batteries in my cars, Motorhomes, trailers, and tractors. All have dedicated maintainers. I seldom replace a battery less than 10 years old. And not uncommon to last 20 years..
