Sorry for the wall of text. I post pix to the site directly. It's a little bit of a pain because the site has a fairly small file size limit and a max of six per post so I have to resize them - usually 1920 x 1080 or 1024 x 768 to get the file small enough but realistically 1920 x 1080 is the max that's displayed on most monitors although larger formats are starting to become popular. The site has an option to resize but images from my camera are too large to start with (I don't like using pix from my camera partly because I think the aspect ratio sucks, partly because they're more work to retrieve) so I have to take the extra step.

Lot's of free image software like Irfanview which I like and it makes a good image viewer or Paint that's part of winders.

The procedure is a little odd but it works and I don't have to worry some third party will pull a photobucket in the future.
